Refund policy

We hope you and your little one love your Ayo & Medi purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of the fulfilment date.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging.
• If items aren't in acceptable condition, no refund will apply- Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Sale items, items purchased during flash sales, final sale items, and items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same style/price range, provided the item is in new condition.
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@ayoandmedi.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll help with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

• Email support@ayoandmedi.com to initiate a return or exchange. Order number must be included.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions for how to return your package. 
• Your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected. This can take up to 15 business days.
• Items received in an unacceptable condition will not be refunded, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to you.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Gift Card Policy

At Ayo & Medi, we’re excited to offer a $10 gift card for orders over $115. Here’s how it works:

• Gift Card Eligibility: When you spend over $115 in a single order, you’ll receive a $10 gift card to use on a future purchase.

• Returning Items: If you return any items from your order that qualified for the gift card, and the total order amount falls below $115, the value of the $10 gift card will be subtracted from your refund.

• Gift Card Use: The gift card will be emailed to you after your order is processed and can be used on your next purchase. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

• If items aren't in acceptable condition, no refund will apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
