When will my order ship?
Shipping Information
All orders at Ayo & Medi are processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes between 7-14 business days, depending on your location. After your package leaves our facility, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions for how to return your package. *Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s an error on our part*
Your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected. This can take up to 15 business days.
Items received in an unacceptable condition will not be refunded, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Will my Ayo & Medi items start piling?
Pilling is a common occurrence in natural fibers like bamboo and organic cotton, which are used in Ayo & Medi products. It occurs due to friction and wear, often when washed with rougher fabrics. While pilling doesn’t affect the quality or durability of the clothing, it can be minimized by washing items inside out, using cold water on a gentle cycle, and air drying.
Pilling is a surface-level issue and does not impact the overall quality or longevity of your Ayo & Medi items. With proper care, your products will maintain their softness and continue to wear beautifully.
Does Ayo & Medi run true to size?
At Ayo & Medi, our bamboo clothing is designed with a "grow-with-me" fit, giving your baby extra room to grow and ensuring extended use. Some styles may run slightly large to allow for this.
For our non-sleepwear items, most are true to size, with a few exceptions. To ensure the best fit, we recommend reading the product description for specific sizing details.

What materials are used in your clothing?
At Ayo & Medi, our bamboo clothing is designed with a "grow-with-me" fit, giving your baby extra room to grow and ensuring extended use. Some styles may run slightly large to allow for this.
In addition to bamboo, we also offer clothing made from 100% cotton, bamboo-spandex blends, and polyester blends. Each material is carefully selected for comfort and durability.

Are bamboo fabrics good for sensitive skin?
